These terms cover your use of offload2ai.com. They are general website terms, not a substitute for a signed engagement letter, which governs the actual scope, fees, and terms of any project we do together.
Offload, a trade name of JMJ Advisory LLC, designs and builds custom AI automation for businesses. Specific project scope, pricing, and terms are defined in a separate signed engagement letter for each client, not by this page.
For 45 days following delivery of a project, Offload will fix defects in the delivered automation at no additional charge. This does not cover new features, expanded scope, or changes to how the automation works. After 45 days, or for anything outside this window's scope, fixes are billed at Offload's standard hourly rate.
Clients own and pay directly for their own third-party platform accounts (such as Make.com or Power Automate) and any associated subscription or API usage. Offload does not bill, mark up, or pass through these costs.
Upon full payment, the client owns the delivered automation and any associated configuration built specifically for them. Offload retains the right to reuse general methods, templates, and non-client-specific components in work for other clients.
Except as stated in a signed engagement letter, this website and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offload is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, beyond what is separately agreed to in a signed engagement letter.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
